Size compression, cross-platform support, and delete all modules and resources (automatic download)

If you use this .ankiadd-on file, you can check the operation.

1. All modules and resources are downloaded from external sources, so the size of the add-on is only 6.7 KB. The size of the file is about 150MB after the automatic download is successfully completed. (Windows, after unzipping)
2. When creating the ".ankiaddon" file, "user_files" folder must be excluded from the zip.
3. Resources and modules are stored in "user_files" folder (This folder is auto generated).
4. Remove all lib and resources that are no longer needed.
5. The operation has been checked only on Windows yet.
6. Mac still has unresolved camera permission issues. Workaround: Mac user type this into the terminal to run Anki: /Applications/Anki.app/Contents/MacOS/anki
7. Slightly change the file name to avoid overwriting the original FaceControl when the add-on is installed. (manifest.json, "package": FaceControl -> Face Control)
8. There is the function to display a tooltip to see how the answer works(Again, space, undo, etc.). This only works in Home and Overview, not in Reviewer. Scrolling does not show tooltips because there are too many tooltips.

This pull request was only processed for cross-platform support and to keep the size as small as possible, so it does not yet contain the code for the Config, the 4 buttons, etc. that I submitted to Github Issues.
