Install

user only, so there is no administrator prompt.

The installer is not code-signed. Windows SmartScreen will show a
"Windows protected your PC" warning on first run - choose More info
then Run anyway. Verify the download against SHA256SUMS.txt if
you would rather check it yourself.

FFmpeg is required. S-Clip drives FFmpeg to capture and encode; the
installer will tell you if it is missing. Install it with:

winget install Gyan.FFmpeg
