This release introduces dataset adapters via protocols. The initial adapter is for the MIMIC-Extract dataset and can be used like so:

>>> from sofascore.adapters import MimicExtract
>>> HDF_PATH = "path/to/mimic-extract.hdf5"
>>> data = MimicExtract(HDF_PATH)
>>> data.compute_sofa_score(patient_id=3, time=0)
