0.7.2: Anchored bars never drag; a dropped bar takes taps where it is drawn

The touch stream now ignores moves entirely while placement is
Anchored, so an anchored bar stays on its corner. On drop the bar is
rebuilt immediately, without transitions: the old transparent view
at the old spot used to live through the exit fade and keep taking
taps there, leaving the QR click point behind.
