0.7.4: Optional edge snapping: Docking becomes Edge or Free

Edge keeps the navbar model, redocking on the frame edge nearest
the release. Free floats the bar anywhere and a drag leaves it
exactly where it is dropped, its center persisted. The settings
show only the fields of the chosen mode.
