  • Remove the rule-advisor agent, the task-analyzer skill, and $recipe-task. Codex selects skills from their descriptions, so the extra selection step no longer added anything.
  • Retire removed files on update instead of leaving them installed, and delete directories that are left empty. User files and sibling skills are preserved.
  • Simplify repeated enforcement wording in the design, planning, and review recipes.
