This minor release makes supervised revision loops converge and executor interruptions recoverable.

What's Changed

  • Supervisor reviews now persist verified passes, narrow later attempts, and retain actionable revision handoffs across retries, shutdown, and requeue.
  • Executor interruptions bypass Supervisor while preserving the worktree and run evidence for recovery with galley task requeue; the Galley skill can also update task-level executor overrides before requeueing.
  • Packaged Claude, Codex, and Grok Galley plugins are updated to v0.1.27.
