v0.12.0

Highlights
- Select
kimiin task or environment profile executor and supervisor settings. - Configure access with
kimi_api_keyindaemon.yaml; the key is passed only to Kimi child processes. - Use explicit Kimi model and effort settings across setup, skeleton, implementation, and review runs.
- Updated the packaged Galley plugins to v0.1.28 with Kimi authoring guidance and schemas.
- Improved setup-result correction so ready setup evidence retains its plan source.
