Flatten plugin directory structure for external marketplace compatibility.

Changes

Moved hooks/, scripts/, and plugin.json from metronome/ subdirectory to repository root
Updated marketplace source path from ./metronome to ./
Aligned structure with official plugins (Sentry, Figma, etc.) so external source: url references resolve correctly
