- Customizable hotkeys: every action can be rebound from settings via a key recorder. Two new actions with bare-key defaults — Space approves the pending approval and Backspace declines it. Bare keys register only while an approval is pending and release immediately after, so normal typing is never captured.
- Launch presence: the island (idle-mini) shows itself for about eight seconds on every launch so you can tell the app started, then hides as usual.
- 20% smaller island: window frames scale to 0.8 while content lays out at design size and scales down uniformly — fonts and spacing shrink proportionally without breaking layouts (task pill 196×34, expanded panel 496 wide).
