Local Favorites Changes

Local Favorites

  • Added Local World Favorites.
  • Added Local Avatar Favorites.
  • Added Local Friend Favorites.

You can now create up to 10 additional local-only World, Avatar, or Friend groups. Each group can contain up to 100 entries. For example, 10 Friend groups provide up to 1,000 local favorite slots.

To add a new local group simply head to Avatars, Groups or People tab and click on "Edit". Once edit mode has been entered you can add a new local group.

Emoji Uploads

  • Added Particle Style previews to show how uploaded VRC+ Emojis look when a particle style is selected.

This makes it easier to choose the correct emoji animation.

VRChat News Widget

  • Added the ability to open VRChat news articles directly inside the app without having to open them in your browser.
  • Added YouTube embed support, allowing you to watch VRChat news directly within VRCNext.

Export

  • Added an Export dropdown to the taskbar.
  • Added Export Groups.
  • Added Export Avatars.
  • Added Export Friends.
  • Added Export Worlds.

You can now export Friends, Groups, Worlds, or Avatars as CSV files or copy them directly to your clipboard.

User Profiles

  • Added Most Visited Worlds to user profiles.

You can now view a user's top 10 most visited worlds. Worlds are only counted when the user was in a joinable instance.

  • Added Interacted With the Most to user profiles.

You can now see which of your friends spend the most time together. Both users must be on your friends list and have been in the same instance.

  • Added Heatmap to user profiles.

The Heatmap shows a user's most active times over the last 7, 30, or 90 days, as well as all-time activity. It also highlights peak activity periods and when the user is usually online.

  • Added Status Analysis to user profiles.
  • Added Most Used Status to the user profile Info section.

This feature shows which status a user uses most often. You can see whether they typically use Ask Me, Do Not Disturb, Online, or Join Me.

Improvements

  • Taskbar dropdown menus are now scrollable when the window is very small.
  • Right-click context menus are now scrollable when the window is too small or when there are too many items.

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue that caused taskbar sub-dropdowns to flicker.
  • Fixed a general dropdown issue affecting context menus and taskbar entries.
  • Fixed an issue where the VRChat News widget on the dashboard displayed incorrect publication dates.
  • Fixed an issue with the Image Preview Modal where zooming always focused on the center of the image instead of the mouse position.
  • Fixed an issue with the Media Library and Image Modal where GIF images were copied to the clipboard as file paths instead of actual images.
  • Fixed an issue with the Media Library where the Friends filter only appeared after refreshing the Media Library at least once.
  • Fixed an issue where the new Compact Profile Design showed the classic loading skeleton instead of the compact loading skeleton.
  • Fixed the size of the VRChat Config Modal.
  • Fixed the size of the VRChat Launch Modal.
  • Fixed "copy to clipboard" for PNG/JPEG files and use native clipboard mechanic from windows.
