Prebuilt omniharness binaries for linux, macOS and Windows (amd64 and arm64) are attached below. The npm package omniharness-cli@0.1.98 is the TypeScript terminal UI — a separate program on the same version line.

npm install -g omniharness-cli@0.1.98
