HyperCube Control v1.6.0 — Paint actually works now

Root cause: WLED's JSON parser treats integers as LED indices and strings as colors. Paint was sending flat integers — every RGB value was misread as an index. Now sends hex strings ("ff0000"). This bug was hidden on desktop because sACN sends raw UDP which bypasses JSON entirely.
