Moved out: Load Image (Zoom & Pan) is its own pack now — it was never H3-specific.
Removed: H3 Video To Latent, H3 Frame Range and H3 Splice. The Guide node already cuts a section by seconds, encodes it, and drives the denoise down the wire, so those three were doing the work twice.
Fixed: the turbo LoRA shim now installs before any node runs, so folder ordering can't leave it late (a 'size of tensor a (4) must match b (2)' crash). Waypoints inside a motion-context head slide clear instead of failing the render. First frames cover-crop like waypoints and last frames, rather than being stretched to the canvas.
Added since 1.0: the soundtrack lane — each clip brings its own music, cut to that clip's length, edited by dragging.
Temporal LoRA Blend still needs real-world testing; feedback in the issues is very welcome.
