Breaking changes

• #1618 shopware-cli extension validate now has the behavior of the --full flag by default and the flag is deprecated. This means it runs all validation tools by default instead of only running the builtin one. If you want to keep the old behaviour, just run the command like this now: shopware-cli extension validate --only builtin. Providing the --full flag triggers a deprecation warning while executing normally.
• #1627 the sw-cli tool, which you could specify in --only or --exclude flags for some of the project or extension commands like validate / fix / format is now deprecated and renamed to builtin. Using sw-cli triggers a deprecation warning but automatically uses builtin internally.
