First release of the PRD-005 era (the app's source is not in this public repo; this release hosts the DMG).

First-run onboarding

  • Silent pre-flight presence checks → wizard (prerequisites with one-click brew install + brew link, staged progress) → consent → done
  • Consent gate lives in the engine's write paths: monitoring runs read-only until allowed; revoking consent stops the proxy immediately; failed MagicDNS writes retry on liveness reconciles

  • 133 XCTests green (81 at branch-off); UAT-passed on the owner machine 2026-09-29/30 — eight UAT-found defects fixed (details in docs/plans/prd-005-onboarding-and-update-manifest.md §UAT results)
