v0.7.2 — CLI + MCP fully tested on production

CLI fixes

• memgraph remember — now stores immediately searchable beliefs (was async/delayed)
• memgraph recall — now returns scored results via /v2/context (was returning empty)
• Both tested end-to-end against production API (api.memgraph.ai)

MCP fixes

• All handlers use lazy client initialization (no sys.exit at import)
• search/recall/think read correct response format

All tested on production

memgraph setup --key mg_...    ✅ connects, saves config, writes MCP
memgraph remember "..."        ✅ stores immediately searchable
memgraph recall "..."          ✅ returns scored results
memgraph status                ✅ shows connection info
MCP handle_search              ✅ returns success
