OpenLoco Launcher v0.1.1

Download OpenLocoLauncher-v0.1-win32.zip and extract to preferred location.
Start OpenLoco Launcher.exe, it will detect locomotion installation and prompt to download OpenLoco (game will be extracted in launcher folder or in "%appdata%\openloco launcher" if the launcher can't write in it's folder)
Click "Play" to start the game
