Implement it similar to the code path for time based decryption triggers: - [ ] Add `eon` argument with a default value of `$currently_active_eon`. - [ ] Fallback to keyper HTTP-API if decryption key is not (yet) found. This was an oversight from #79 as noted in #84 and is necessary to fully fix #74
