TopMark v1.0.0b5 — Semantic Coverage & Ownership-Boundary Hardening

This fifth 1.0 beta release focuses on late-stage stabilization ahead of 1.0.0rc1 through expanded semantic coverage, pipeline lifecycle validation, TOML mutation testing, presentation-contract hardening, and internal ownership-boundary cleanup.

The release preserves frozen 1.0 CLI/API/configuration contracts while strengthening validation confidence ahead of the release-candidate phase.

  • Expanded semantic coverage for pipeline lifecycle, outcomes, TOML surgery, presentation rendering, CLI validators, XML, JSONC, and utility contracts.
  • Improved JSONC detection with block-comment support.
  • Removed the obsolete topmark.rendering package.

  • Relocated shared outcome primitives to topmark.core.outcomes.
  • Consolidated unified diff formatting under topmark.presentation.formatters.
  • Fixed Python-version-dependent CLI color warning rendering.
  • Improved generated API-page handling for empty package sections.

Breaking Changes

  • topmark.constants moved to topmark.core.constants.
  • The obsolete topmark.rendering package was removed.
  • Unified diff formatting helpers now live under topmark.presentation.formatters.
  • Shared outcome primitives now live under topmark.core.outcomes.
