PaperOtter is a local desktop toolkit for compressing, resizing, converting, and editing PDFs, images, and documents. Everything runs on your machine -- no uploads, no cloud, no telemetry.
If you're here, you're probably looking for detail that doesn't fit in the README. This wiki is the right place for that.
Not sure where to start? Common Tasks answers "how do I...?" questions directly: find your goal, not a tool name.
