• Added logging to help with bug fixing
• Added "Report a bug" button in the tray menu
• Added about window with license notices
• Fixed bugs including:
  • Trying to change the mute shortcut to one that is triggered by (but not equal to) the current shortcut when "ignore extra modifiers" is on would not change the shortcut
  • WindowMessageMonitor would fail to remove the subclass when disposing because the window would get disposed before the message monitor
