• Tools that read your data, without the AI ever writing SQL:
  • SearchRecords: site search over a model (LIKE or Scout)
  • FindRecord: one record, e.g. the visitor's own order, scoped to the signed-in visitor or confirmed by guests
  • Check: any check written as a closure, e.g. coupon validity or delivery time
  • request_human: the agent hands off to a person
  • any laravel/ai tool, including WebSearch and SimilaritySearch
• Signed visitor identity: <x-chat-hybrid-ai-bubble :identify="auth()->user()" /> or HybridChat::identity($user), so tools only show people their own records.
• Admins see every lookup under the AI's reply.

Breaking

• The anthropic and openai drivers are replaced by laravel-ai, the new default.
• New migration: run php artisan migrate.
