Harden install reliability and eliminate AGENTD_ROOT dependency

Breaking

  • AGENTD_ROOT is no longer needed. All references to building agentd from source have been replaced with npm install -g @sibyllinesoft/agentd. Remove AGENTD_ROOT from your .env if present.

Fixes

  • OPA health check: use /opa full binary path (distroless container doesn't have it in PATH), increased start_period and retries
  • Envoy cascade failure: downgraded envoy→OPA dependency from service_healthy to service_started — gateway now starts even if OPA is still initializing
  • OTEL collector crash: added 7 missing env vars (OTEL_BATCH_SIZE, OTEL_BATCH_TIMEOUT, OTEL_MEMORY_LIMIT_MIB, OTEL_SPIKE_LIMIT_MIB, DEPLOYMENT_ENVIRONMENT, OTEL_LOG_VERBOSITY, OTEL_LOG_LEVEL)
  • Installer pre-flight checks: verifies Docker daemon, docker compose, and Node.js >= 20 before bootstrap — fails early with clear messages
  • Node engine relaxed: installer now accepts Node >= 20 (was >= 22)
  • redis future-incompat: bumped redis crate from 0.24 to 0.27
  • Zero Rust warnings: suppressed dead code warnings in WhatsApp webhook structs, OAuthProvider.name, discord gateway
  • npm audit: reduced from 12 to 9 vulnerabilities (remaining are transitive dev-only in vitest/esbuild)
