Fixes

smith-services binaries not found

• Root cause: CI ran npm-version-sync.sh before download-artifact, so the artifact download overwrote the version-synced package.json back to the old version
• Fix: Version sync now runs after artifacts are downloaded — all platform packages publish at the correct tag version

Node.js version reverting during install

• Added .nvmrc (Node 22) at repo root — nvm use / fnm use now auto-selects the correct version
• Agent instructions updated to suggest nvm alias default 22 / fnm default 22 for persistence

Installer UX

• Security warnings now appear after successful bootstrap (not upfront), so users see them when they can act on them
• npm install runs with --no-audit to suppress confusing vulnerability warnings during fresh installs
