• client-secret-exposure-audit: a read-only workflow for identifying and
  remediating client-side secret exposure.
• md2video-audio: a Markdown-to-narrated-video workflow with synchronized
  slides and narration.

Improved

• Refreshed canonical indexes, catalogs, plugin mirrors, editorial bundles, and
  web assets for the 2,118-skill release.

Validation scope

The three source PRs passed maintainer repair, exact-head review, repository
validation, reference and documentation-security checks, protected CI, CodeQL,
dependency review, package publication and release-only Pages verification.
