Adds three reviewed community skills and refreshes repository documentation
and distribution surfaces.

A maintenance release for Claude Code, Cursor, Codex CLI and Gemini CLI.
It adds three community skills reviewed through the protected maintainer workflow;
the catalog contains 2,121 skills and existing installation interfaces remain
supported.

• glasser: a workflow for working with the Glasser data API.
• production-runtime-certification: a workflow for certifying production
  runtimes with bounded evidence.
• marketplace-rbac-audit: a workflow for auditing marketplace role-based
  access control.

Improved

• Refreshed canonical indexes, catalogs, plugin mirrors, editorial bundles, and
  web assets for the 2,121-skill release.
• Removed the Funding & transparency page and related README and documentation
  links, and restored the software-only GitHub About metadata synchronization.

Validation scope

The three source PRs passed maintainer repair, exact-head review, repository
validation, reference and documentation-security checks, protected CI, CodeQL,
dependency review, package publication and release-only Pages verification.
