The guard now works when the phone is locked.
Before, if a call arrived while your phone was locked, SideCall's guard only appeared after you unlocked — the most common case (phone asleep in your pocket) was exactly the one it missed. Now, when you answer a call straight from the lock screen, the same black guard and unlock ring cover it immediately. Drag the ring to reach the dialer; your phone stays locked the whole time.
Validated on a real call from deep sleep on the SP-01.
Known limitation: on a call answered while locked, once you reveal (drag the ring) there's no floating re-arm badge until you unlock the phone — Android doesn't let an app draw it over the lock screen. Re-arm returns as soon as you unlock.
Install / update: download app-release.apk below and install over your existing SideCall (adb install -r app-release.apk), or update via Obtainium. Requires Android 12 (API 31). Same signing key as 1.0, so it updates in place.
