Second public beta of Magic Apply - Jobs as a single portable file - no installer and no Python needed.
New in this build
- Download report - in the top bar and in the Finish & erase window. The tool erases its own log when it closes, so after a run that went wrong there was nothing to look at. The report is a text file with your recent activity log, why jobs failed and which settings were on, with your name, email, phone, address, passwords, API keys, links to you and folder names masked. It never includes your applied-jobs list or screenshots. The masking is automatic and can miss things, so read the file before you share it, then attach it to an issue.
How to use: download MagicApply.exe, double-click it, and the control panel opens in your browser. Everything you enter is erased when you close it or click Finish & erase, so use Download backup first if you want to keep your details.

- This is a beta. The company-website applier has been tested against realistic local mock sites, not yet against many real employers. Watch your first runs and keep Pause before submit on. If something goes wrong, click Download report before you close the tool and open an issue.
- The file is not code-signed, so Windows SmartScreen may say "Windows protected your PC": click More info, then Run anyway. Compare the SHA-256 above with your download first (
certutil -hashfile MagicApply.exe SHA256). Some antivirus programs flag anything that drives a browser; you can build the exe yourself withbuild_exe.batinstead. - Google Chrome must be installed. The Resume Builder tab is not included in the exe (use the Python version for that).
- Automating LinkedIn can go against LinkedIn's terms and your account may be restricted. You use this at your own risk - see the Disclaimer in the README.
