DuckFlight core v0.1.13

Four platform core payloads built locally from DuckFlight source commit 883d408b0b15e377a15a611193dd2a7a5dd35748 using the established Linux manylinux and macOS Rust 1.97.0 release path.

Add optional authenticated HTTPS idle control for PostgreSQL and Flight extension workers. Suspension atomically fences new admission and refuses to sleep while open transports, server-owned sessions/tickets/transactions, response streams, engine workers, or cleanup remain active. Keep ownership across autonomous Flight session retirement and detached ingest handoffs. Idle-control requests do not create query sessions or reset idle time.

Each payload passed architecture, exported ABI, dependency and private-build-path audits and an actual ABI load check. The Linux ARM64 candidate extension also passed real SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL and GizmoSQL ADBC/Flight regressions, including 24 explicit cancellations and 24 abandoned streams followed by successful queries under a native host's default SIGPIPE policy. SHA256SUMS and the binary redistribution license accompany the compiled libraries. The public DuckDB extension embeds these payloads at build time; no runtime download is required.
