[BUG] Creating a new session doesn't show it in the sidebar sometimes

I created a new session in the terminal on the right, but I don't see anything on the left sidebar. (as you can see in the screenshot)

This is on the latest version 0.3.18

This is expected behavior; with a worktreee-based workflow the intent is to support multiple panes in the same worktree. Official (tip release) Ghostty behaves similarly.

I'm going to close this out for now since it's behaving as intended.
