⚠ BREAKING CHANGES

• protocol: timestamps on Vector, Message and DelProperty are timezone-aware UTC, so comparing one against a naive datetime.now() raises TypeError. A naive datetime passed to prop.set(timestamp=) or device.message(timestamp=) is read as UTC, not local. parse_indi() no longer raises on a malformed value; it returns fewer messages, and the count is on the parser. format_number changes at exact half ticks.
