The uvx --from flag was only needed because the entry point (tether)
didn't match the distribution name (tether-memory). Renaming the entry
point to tether-memory removes the need for --from entirely, matching
the standard 'uvx <package>' pattern -- worth it since nobody types this
command by hand; Claude Code invokes it automatically once registered.
