Vaillant made changes to their API, apparently adding stricter quotas to some endpoints. This release tries to fix that, as well as some other changes & fixes:

• Added caching for timezone request #361
• Allow 0.5 steps up to 12 on quick veto duration number entity
• Fixed step for heating curve, issue #287
• Experimental: Added support for Glow-worm brand
• Experimental: Improved date parsing & timezone handling, hopefully now showing the correct times in all timezones - thanks to https://github.com/kamilfb for signalkraft/myPyllant#138
