The "Sjekk status på bakgrunnsprosesser og logger" section listed only the NAV daemon logs under /var/log/nav. NAV's web interface now logs to the systemd journal rather than to a file, so add a note pointing operators at `journalctl -u uwsgi@nav` (readable by the netops group without sudo).
Update the sudo-command examples to drive services with systemctl (`systemctl reload apache2`, `systemctl [start|stop] nfsen`) rather than the deprecated sysvinit `service` wrapper.
