Use session to prevent extra profile review prompt

Changing the flag in the state didn't work, so this fix uses the session directly to prevent re-displaying the profile review too soon.

Reset profile_review flag to 'no'

Set the profile_review flag to "no" before showing the review page. This is to prevent a user having to see the page multiple times in the same session.
