Maintenance release.

  • Security: binds to 127.0.0.1 by default (ANTI_API_HOST override), localhost-only CORS
  • Routing: simplified account rotation/fallback, removed redundant rate-limit writes
  • Docker: multi-arch image on GHCR (ghcr.io/ink1ing/anti-api), Windows-friendly compose & docs
  • Removed Homebrew distribution
