Metabase driver for MaxCompute, built against Metabase v0.63.16.

Compatible with Metabase master (post PR #77529) and v0.63.x.

Install: drop the JAR into your Metabase plugins directory (MB_PLUGINS_DIR or ./plugins, or /plugins in the Docker image) and restart.
