v1.1.1 — Touch/Mobile Usability Fix

Live interactive map is now fully usable on touch devices (mobile/tablet). Ships on top of v1.1.0's GPS Institutional Architecture cross-link and SKILL.md routing fix.

v1.1.0 — GPS Cross-Link + Skill Routing Fix

New

• gps-integration.md maps all 13 APQC PCF categories onto GPS Institutional Architecture's 12-entity causal spine (Purpose -> Capability -> Decision -> Resource -> Outcome -> Learning -> Evolution). Documents where the two frameworks genuinely diverge: PCF has no category covering GPS's Learning/Transformation entities, so high PCF maturity is not evidence a feedback loop is closed.

Fixed

• SKILL.md's category routing table pointed to 12 files that didn't exist (e.g. cat-02-products.md instead of the real cat-02-03-products-market.md). Every category except 1.0 was silently broken. Fixed to match actual files.

Updated

• apqc-pcf.skill repackaged with the new reference doc and routing fix.
