This fixes https://jira.sil.org/browse/LT-22194. The MSA of the novel root is recorded by SetMsa and then copied to the new lexical entry by SetEntryMsa. The inflection information is not visible in the New Entry dialog. If the user changes the category, then the inflection information is cleared.
