This implements https://jira.sil.org/browse/LT-22215. This necessitated EnumCombolSlice to work with boolean fields as well as int fields. I also fixed a bug in the DataTree.ShowObject related to ShowHiddenFields in Lexicon Edit Popup windows.
This change is
