This fixes https://jira.sil.org/browse/LT-22430. The bug was caused when the user included a num:* feature value in a lexical entrie's inflection features. num:* is a new capability. I changed Choose Inflection Features to only show "Preserve Existing Values" when invoked from the bulk editor to avoid this problem.
