KeymanwebOsk font test release

First test version after conversion to UFO. No additional glyphs were added, however there are two significant metrics changes that need testing:

• The line metrics between platforms have been made consistent, and set at the OS2WinAscent/Descent level (the largest of the three).
• The horizontal metrics of one glyph ('ctrl' E001) have been adjusted to center the outline within the sidebearings with a 50 unit margin. It was previously extending beyond the left side (origin) with extra space on the right. If this change does not cause further problems then the same change will be made to all symbol glyphs.
