​File Deletion Synchronization Failure in iPadOS​​

​​OS Version:​​ iPadOS 17.7.8
​​Problem Description:​​ After deleting files on Windows system, the deletions fail to sync on the iPad. This issue may be caused by new API incompatibility with the older system.

I'm getting something similar to this but across all devices.

Deleting on one platform does not delete anything on another platform. Everything else seems to be syncing without a problem though
