CC Meter 1.0.2

CC Meter 1.0.2 brings the public installer up to the current application code.

• Refreshes stale Claude usage automatically and adds manual refresh controls to both views.
• Shows compact freshness labels such as 15h, without the old data prefix.
• Uses a short, one-line freshness tooltip.
• Adds a reconnect action when the Claude login has expired.
• Improves clean-install handling and updates the README screenshot.
• Updates Electron to 39.8.10 and electron-builder to 26.15.3. npm audit reports zero vulnerabilities.

Everything remains local. CC Meter sends the Claude OAuth token only to Anthropic's usage endpoint and reads Codex limits from local session files.

The installer is unsigned, so Windows SmartScreen will warn. The README explains the warning and the source-build alternative.
