CC Meter 1.0.4 brings the public installer up to the verified cross-machine build.
- Reads current account-wide Codex limits through the installed Codex CLI, so another machine no longer presents an old local session log as current usage.
- Displays only the windows Codex currently reports and discards expired session-log fallback windows.
- Refreshes live Codex data every five minutes and stops showing a cached percentage after 15 minutes without a successful query.
- Keeps the compact freshness label and short tooltip introduced in v1.0.2.
- Aligns compact progress bars and pace badges with the provider text without increasing the strip height.
- Includes the refreshed README screenshot and accurate source and privacy documentation.
CC Meter has no hosted service. Claude usage is requested directly from Anthropic with the local Claude Code OAuth token. Codex authentication and account requests remain inside the installed Codex CLI.
The installer is unsigned, so Windows SmartScreen will warn. The README explains the warning and the source-build alternative.
