Activity Logs
An audit feed of who changed what, and when. Settings → Activity logs (owner, or an admin on the project).
Project and organisation changes: creating / editing / deleting suites, cases, test runs, projects, users, runners, schedules and integration settings; running tests; recording manual results. Each entry stores:
- Actor — the person, by name as it was at the time (so removing an account doesn't blank the history).
- Action and target — e.g. deleted test case TC-042.
-
Source —
uiormcp. - Timestamp.
- This project vs Organization — the org view (owner) also shows account-level events like user changes.
- Filter by action type and by actor.
An action taken through an MCP key is logged with source: mcp and the actor shown as <name> (MCP) — the member whose key it was, or the owner for PLUM_MCP_KEY. The same (MCP) tag appears on the rows the agent created (viaMcp on suites, cases and reports).
Entries older than Organization.activityRetentionDays (default 90) are pruned on a schedule. Change the window in Settings; the next prune run picks up the new value. Report history has its own separate retention setting — see Reports and Session Replay.
