Income Proposal Approval:
- For every income, grant, etc., a detailed segregation of funds into the treasury and the salary pool will be discussed.
- Approval of this segregation requires a 51% majority in an income proposal presented to the relevant decision-making body.
Salary Crediting:
- On the 2nd day of every new month, employee salaries will be credited based on their base salary and weighted salary from the available salary pool.
Employee Contribution Weight:
- Each employee's contribution to the company's objectives will be assessed, and a corresponding salary weightage will be assigned.
- The initial weight list will be provided by the Managing Director (Governing Head) and further updates must be approved by a 51% majority through the submission of a salary proposal.
Calculation of Employee Salary:
