UCLM Ripes Release 1.1

Fixes:

• #1: Cache simulator can no longer be configured with zero ways, and some text has been changed for clarity.

Additionally updates the Ripes base to commit c8e0412 (29/09/2025), and changes the name of the fork to UCLM Ripes.
