Playa Pal 0.7.4 — Every camp counts

Every camp counts. A fast follow to 0.7.3, from a field report within
the hour.

Fixed

• The setup camp picker now offers the whole city. It drew from the
events list, so a placed, registered camp that hosts no public events
wasn't offered — even though its page ships in the camp guide. The picker
now carries the full official register: all 1,184 placed camps with their
placements, unioned with every event-hosting camp, one row per camp,
alphabetical. Pick yours in "Run setup again" (Settings) and Home lands
  on the map.

Everything else is 0.7.3 ("Welcome home"): first-run setup, the replayable
tour, the header's live home arrow, and pin management.
